Items will be sent recorded delivery with the full value of the purchase insured. Where an item is a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page, with an estimated timeline for despatch being provided either upfront, or during regular communication. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to return a product, please contact us to see if we can assist with any queries or concerns. To go ahead or continue with a return the following will apply:

• A full refund, including the delivery cost, will be provided on return of the item, if the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.

• A refund, excluding postage costs, will also be offered to customers if you have informed us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once you've informed us of your wish to return the product. The return postage cost will need to be paid by the customer.

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received in the same condition as when sold. Feedback throughout the process to help us improve would be greatly appreciated, as I am an individual wishing to develop a business and my designs.
